1. 产品描述  Product description

JY-SN96为多种聚醚醇、硅脂等低表面活性物经过先进的工艺制备而成的本体消泡剂。该消泡剂在极端高温下具有优异的稳定性，可以很好的控制延迟焦化工艺中的泡沫高度，同时提高设备使用率，又不影响产出油品的品质。该产品与同类产品相比具有很强的消抑泡性能。

JY-SN96 is a bulk defoamer prepared from a variety of polyether alcohols, silicone grease and other low surface active substances through advanced technology. This defoamer has excellent stability under extreme high temperatures and can well control the foam height in the delayed coking process while improving equipment utilization without affecting the quality of the output oil. Compared with similar products, this product has strong defoaming and anti-foaming properties.

4. 使用方法 Instructions

可直接使用或稀释后使用，建议采用计量泵连续添加。一般而言，建议添加量为0.01~0.3%即可有效地消除和阻止泡沫的再生，具体添加量应通过现场调试确定。

It can be used directly or after dilution. It is recommended to use a metering pump for continuous addition. Generally speaking, it is recommended that the addition amount is 0.01~0.3% to effectively eliminate and prevent the regeneration of foam. The specific addition amount should be determined through on-site debugging.

5. 包装和贮存及注意事项 Packaging & storage and precautions

采用25kg、200kg、1000kg包装或协商包装，室温下密封避光保存，避免长期暴露在极端冷热环境下，产品保质期为1年。
