通向室外楼梯的门宜采用乙级防火门，并应向室外开启；地下室、半地下室的楼梯间，在首层应采用耐火极限不低于2.00h 的不燃烧体隔墙与其它部位隔开并应直通室外，当必须在隔墙上开门时，应采用乙级防火门；地下室、半地下室与地上层不应共用楼梯间，当必须共用楼梯间时，在首层应采用耐火极限不低于2.00h 的不燃烧体隔墙和乙级防火门将地下、半地下部分与地上部分的连通部位完全隔开，并应有明显标志。
