本设备用于零件清洁度检测时采用压力喷射清洗的方法对被测零件清洗，同时抽滤收集清洗颗粒，得到滤有清洗颗粒的滤膜，该滤膜经过干燥后可用于后期按照重量或者颗粒大小评定清洁度指标。

 本设备槽体为1400（W）X900（H）X900（L）不锈钢镜面一体槽，整合了配备空气净化模块（FFU），槽体自清洗模块(SPM)，另外配置50KG支撑臂.。
