中频六工位自动转盘焊接专机

设备由加完料后自动上下料采用6工件转动分割器，焊接强度是本材料的同样强度。 

性能特点

1.       主机控制系统：采用触摸屏作为人机界面，由PLC作为整机程序控制系统，负责读取数据，处理控制信号，确保整机动作顺序有效，更好的实现了人机对话。

2.       旋转系统：采用转动分割器，分6个工位，第1工位、分别为上料主工件位置；第2工位、检测上料件零件工位；第3工位、上料次件工位；第4工位、检测上料件零件工位；；第5工位、焊接工位；第6工位、焊接完件卸料工位。

3.       焊接系统：采用自研发的智能型微电脑控制系统，来电电压波动时焊接电流自动补偿，确保焊接性能稳定。

4.       夹紧系统：采用机械原理，气动直动式夹紧装置，强度高。
